Cancellation Policy

By booking the Spring HVAC Startup – $99 Special ("Service"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms. 1. Service Scope: Clean furnace/condenser, check wires, test capacitors, measure Delta T, confirm system function for one HVAC system. Price: $99, one system per household. Additional systems/services (e.g., deep cleaning) cost extra, quoted separately. Offer for new customers only, 03/18/2025–05/31/2025, subject to availability. Limits: No repairs/parts unless agreed in writing. LCM may refuse unsafe systems. 2. Cost $99 base price, no CC/ACH fees. Extra services: 2.9% CC fee, 1.0% ACH fee. Changes quoted in writing. 3. Booking Book via Wix Booking Services at libertylcm.com/spring-hvac-startup. Card required to secure slot. Service starts post-confirmation, aims for 05/31/2025 completion. 4. Payment $99 due at completion, charged to stored card (no fees). Extra services: 2.9% CC fee, 1.0% ACH fee. Cash/check (no fees) if pre-arranged. Late payments: 10% annual fee (Utah Code Ann. § 15-1-1). 5. Cancellation/No-Shows Cancel 1+ hr prior via Wix or (801) 920-4724, no fee. <1 hr or no-show: $50 fee to card. LCM may cancel (unsafe/weather), offering reschedule/refund. Refunds per Utah law. 6. Taxes Client pays Utah sales tax unless exempt (Utah Code Ann. § 59-12-103). 7. Warranty Cleaning has no warranty. New equipment installed by LCM warranted per manufacturer terms. 8. Liability LCM liability capped at $99. No indirect damages (e.g., lost profits). 9. Disputes Negotiate 30 days, then mediate in Weber County, UT, then AAA arbitration. Costs split equally. 10. Law Utah law governs.
